Happy Bees, LLC is a true family affair. What began as a backyard hobby in 2019 has grown into a thriving beekeeping venture along the Pecos River Valley of Fort Sumner, New Mexico. The name “Happy” comes from proprietor Jim Lyssy’s grandkids, and it perfectly reflects the heart behind everything we do.

Our bees work hard in the New Mexico sun, producing raw, poly-floral honey with colors and flavors unique to our region. Every jar captures the taste of the valley — naturally sweet, rich, and distinct to the flowers that bloom here thus:
